आश्रम एक दीख मग माहीं। खग मृग जीव जंतु तहँ नाहीं ॥ पूछा मुनिहि सिला प्रभु देखी। सकल कथा मुनि कहा बिसेषी ॥

Simple transliteration
ashrama eka dikha maga mahim khaga mriga jiva jamtu taha~ nahim pucha munihi sila prabhu dekhi sakala katha muni kaha biseshi
Meaning (English)
On the path they saw an ashram where no birds, deer, or creatures of any kind lived. Seeing a stone there, Shree Rama asked the sage about it, and the sage narrated the full story in detail.
Meaning (Hindi) · भावार्थ
मार्ग में एक आश्रम दिखा, जहाँ कोई पक्षी, हिरन या जीव-जन्तु नहीं था। एक शिला (पत्थर) देखकर प्रभु ने मुनि से पूछा — तब मुनि ने उसकी सम्पूर्ण कथा विस्तार से सुनाई।
