चले जात मुनि दीन्हि देखाई। सुनि ताड़का क्रोध करि धाई॥ एकहिं बान प्रान हरि लीन्हा। दीन जानि तेहि निज पद दीन्हा॥

cale jāta muni dīnhi dekhāī| suni tāḍa़kā krodha kari dhāī|| ekahiṃ bāna prāna hari līnhā| dīna jāni tehi nija pada dīnhā||

cale jata muni dinhi dekhai suni tada़ka krodha kari dhai ekahim bana prana hari linha dina jani tehi nija pada dinha
Meaning (English)

As they walked, the sage pointed out the forest. Hearing them, Tadka rushed out in rage. With a single arrow Ram took her life — and knowing her helpless, he granted her his own divine abode.

Meaning (Hindi) · भावार्थ

चलते-चलते मुनि ने (ताड़का वन) दिखाया। सुनकर ताड़का क्रोध करके दौड़ी। एक ही बाण से (राम ने) उसके प्राण हर लिए। दीन जानकर उसे अपना पद (मुक्ति) प्रदान किया।
