Greater is the difficulty for those whose minds are attached to the unmanifest, for the path of the formless is very hard for embodied beings to follow. Abstract meditation is harder than personal devotion.

मय्येव मन आधत्स्व मयि बुद्धिं निवेशय।
निवसिष्यसि मय्येव अत ऊर्ध्वं न संशयः।।12.8।।

Fix your mind on Krishna alone, let your intellect dwell in Him. Thereafter, you will live in Him alone — there is no doubt about this.
If you are unable to practice even this, then be dedicated to performing actions for Krishna's sake. Even by performing actions in His service, you will attain perfection.
If you are unable even to do this, then take refuge in Krishna and, with self-control, renounce the fruits of all actions. The path progressively accommodates every level of ability.

श्रेयो हि ज्ञानमभ्यासाज्ज्ञानाद्ध्यानं विशिष्यते।
ध्यानात्कर्मफलत्यागस्त्यागाच्छान्तिरनन्तरम्।।12.12।।
