Bohag Bihu (Rongali Bihu) is the most joyous festival of Assam, celebrating the Assamese New Year and the spring harvest season. Marked by Bihu dances, Husori performances, and the sacred Goru Bihu cattle worship, it is the cultural soul of Assam for 7 days from Chaitra Sankranti.
