Meaning (English)

Sita has come as a wintry night of suffering for the lotus-forest that is your lineage. O Lord, hear me — without returning Sita, not even Shiva or Brahma can bring about your well-being.

सीता आपके कुल रूपी कमल-वन के लिए शीत रात्रि के समान दुखदाई बनकर आई है। हे नाथ, सुनिए — सीता को लौटाए बिना शिव और ब्रह्मा भी आपका हित नहीं कर सकते।
