Bhagavad Gita 1.29
सीदन्ति मम गात्राणि मुखं च परिशुष्यति। वेपथुश्च शरीरे मे रोमहर्षश्च जायते।।1.29।।
sīdanti mama gātrāṇi mukhaṃ ca pariśuṣyati| vepathuśca śarīre me romaharṣaśca jāyate||1.29||

Meaning
Arjuna describes the physical symptoms of his grief: his limbs give way, his mouth dries up, his body quivers, and his hair stands on end — all signs of his inner turmoil at the prospect of fighting his own relatives.
मेरे अंग शिथिल पड़ रहे हैं, मुख सूख रहा है, शरीर में कम्पन हो रहा है और रोंगटे खड़े हो रहे हैं।
