Meaning of the Stotra
Mantra
The twenty-one-syllable root mantra — "Om Hrīṃ Śrīṃ Klīṃ sarvapūjye devī maṅgalacaṇḍike aiṃ krūṃ phaṭ svāhā" — said to be a wish-fulfilling kalpataru for devotees.
Dhyāna
Meditation on Devi Mangala Chandika — sixteen years of age, hued like white champaka, radiant as a crore moons, adorned with jewels — who protects devotees in the fearsome ocean of existence.
