Purification

Wash the Sri Yantra with Gangajal. Wipe dry with a white cloth.

Altar Setup

Place Sri Yantra on red cloth facing East. Light a ghee lamp in front.

Panchamrit Abhishek

Sequentially anoint with milk, curd, ghee, honey and sugar. Say "Om Shrim" with each.

Final anointing with rose water or Gangajal.

"Om Shrim Hrim Shrim Kamale Kamalaalaye Praseed Praseed Om Shrim Hrim Shrim Mahalakshmyai Namah" — 108 times.

Offer kumkum and akshat on the central bindu (point) of the yantra.
