⏰ Tuesday Puja Timing Guide

5:30–7:00 AMBrahma Muhurat puja — Chalisa and morning aarti

Chola Arpan

30 min before sunset

Before sunset, apply chola — mix red sindoor in jasmine oil and apply to the entire body of Hanuman ji's idol.

Bhog Offering

Before aarti

Offer besan laddoo (5 or 11), jaggery-chana, and banana on a thali before the idol. Say "Hanumantaya Namah".

Prepare Aarti Thali

At sunset

Set aarti thali with camphor, 5 lamps, flowers, rice, and sandalwood. Move the thali clockwise.

Hanuman Aarti

5–7 minutes

Recite "Aarti Kijiye Hanuman Lalla Ki" completely. All family members should stand together.

Prasad Distribution

After aarti

Distribute laddoo and jaggery-chana as prasad. Share the bhog offerings with everyone.

Mantra & Closing

10 minutes

Chant "Shri Hanumate Namah" 108 times. Then say "Om Shanti Shanti Shanti" to conclude the puja.

•Mix sindoor in jasmine oil before applying chola — this is Hanuman ji's most beloved seva.
•After offering jaggery-chana on Tuesday, eat some yourself — it increases strength and intelligence.
•Place the idol in the North-East (Ishaan Kon) of your home for best results.
•Include children in the puja — Hanuman ji especially protects children.
•After aarti, chant "Hanumate Namah" 108 times.
