रिषि अगस्ति कीं साप भवानी। राछस भयउ रहा मुनि ग्यानी॥ बंदि राम पद बारहिं बारा। मुनि निज आश्रम कहुँ पगु धारा॥६॥

riṣi agasti kīṃ sāpa bhavānī| rāchasa bhayau rahā muni gyānī|| baṃdi rāma pada bārahiṃ bārā| muni nija āśrama kahu~ pagu dhārā||6||

rishi agasti kim sapa bhavani rachasa bhayau raha muni gyani bamdi rama pada barahim bara muni nija ashrama kahu~ pagu dhara6
Meaning (English)
O Bhavani, this wise sage had become a demon due to the curse of the sage Agastya. Having bowed again and again at Shree Rama's feet, the sage set his steps toward his own hermitage.
Meaning (Hindi) · भावार्थ
हे भवानी, (शिव पार्वती को बताते हैं —) यह ज्ञानी मुनि ऋषि अगस्ति के शाप से राक्षस बना था। बार-बार राम के चरणों की वंदना करके वह मुनि अपने आश्रम को चला गया।
