नासतो विद्यते भावो नाभावो विद्यते सतः।
उभयोरपि दृष्टोऽन्तस्त्वनयोस्तत्त्वदर्शिभिः।।2.16।।
Roman (IAST)
nāsato vidyate bhāvo nābhāvo vidyate sataḥ|
ubhayorapi dṛṣṭo'ntastvanayostattvadarśibhiḥ||2.16||
Simple transliteration
nasato vidyate bhavo nabhavo vidyate satah
ubhayorapi drishto'ntastvanayostattvadarshibhih2.16
Meaning
Meaning (English)

The unreal (the body and material world) has no lasting existence, and the Real (the soul) never ceases to be. The seers of truth have concluded this by studying the nature of both.

Meaning (Hindi) · अर्थ

असत् (अनित्य) का अस्तित्व नहीं होता और सत् (नित्य) का अभाव नहीं होता। तत्त्वदर्शी ज्ञानियों ने इन दोनों का यही निर्णय देखा है।
