लोकेऽस्मिन्द्विविधा निष्ठा पुरा प्रोक्ता मयानघ।
ज्ञानयोगेन साङ्ख्यानां कर्मयोगेन योगिनाम्।।3.3।।

loke'smindvividhā niṣṭhā purā proktā mayānagha|
jñānayogena sāṅkhyānāṃ karmayogena yoginām||3.3||
Simple transliteration
shri bhagavanuvaca
loke'smindvividha nishtha pura prokta mayanagha
jnanayogena sankhyanam karmayogena yoginam3.3
Meaning
Meaning (English)

Krishna explains that from ancient times He has taught two paths: the path of knowledge (Jnana Yoga) for the contemplative, and the path of selfless action (Karma Yoga) for the active. Both lead to the same goal.

श्रीभगवान् बोले — हे निष्पाप अर्जुन! इस लोक में पहले मेरे द्वारा दो प्रकार की निष्ठा कही गई हैः ज्ञानयोगियों के लिए ज्ञानयोग और कर्मयोगियों के लिए कर्मयोग।
