न बुद्धिभेदं जनयेदज्ञानां कर्मसङ्गिनाम्। जोषयेत्सर्वकर्माणि विद्वान्युक्तः समाचरन्।।3.26।।

na buddhibhedaṃ janayedajñānāṃ karmasaṅginām| joṣayetsarvakarmāṇi vidvānyuktaḥ samācaran||3.26||

na buddhibhedam janayedajnanam karmasanginam joshayetsarvakarmani vidvanyuktah samacaran3.26
Meaning
Meaning (English)
The wise should not unsettle the minds of the ignorant who are attached to action. Rather, performing all actions with devotion, the wise should inspire others to do the same.
Meaning (Hindi) · अर्थ
ज्ञानी पुरुष, कर्मों में आसक्त अज्ञानियों की बुद्धि में भ्रम उत्पन्न न करे, स्वयं (भक्ति से) युक्त होकर कर्मों का सम्यक् आचरण कर, उनसे भी वैसा ही कराये।
