Meaning (English)

Though Ram cut off Lanka's king Ravan's heads and arms again and again, that warrior would not die. Gods, siddhas, and sages watching this anguish grew deeply distressed, yet the Lord himself played on through it all as though at sport.

Meaning (Hindi) · भावार्थ

रघुनाथ के बाणों से लंकेश रावण के सिर और भुजाएँ बारंबार काटे जाने पर भी वह वीर मरता नहीं। देवता, सिद्ध और मुनि यह कलेश देखकर व्याकुल हो उठे, परंतु प्रभु राम तो इस सबके बीच क्रीड़ा ही करते रहे।
