Meaning (English)
He is the benefactor of four distinct beings — the earth (गो), Brahmins (द्विज), cows (धेनु), and gods (देव) — an ocean of compassion who has taken a human form. O brother, hear this — He delights His devotees, destroys the wicked, and is the protector of the Vedas and dharma.
Meaning (Hindi) · भावार्थ
वे गो (पृथ्वी), द्विज (ब्राह्मण), धेनु (गाय) और देवताओं — इन चारों के हितकारी हैं, कृपा के सागर हैं और मनुष्य का शरीर धारण करके आए हैं। हे भाई, सुनो — वे अपने भक्तों को प्रसन्न करने वाले, दुष्टों का नाश करने वाले और वेद तथा धर्म की रक्षा करने वाले हैं।
