In short: VedKosh sells digital products only. Nothing physical is ever shipped, so there are no shipping charges, couriers or delivery addresses. Your purchase is delivered instantly on this website.
1. What Is Delivered, and How
After a successful payment, the Premium Kundali PDF report is unlocked immediately: the full premium sections appear on-screen on the Kundali tool page and the complete report becomes downloadable as a PDF on your device. A payment receipt is also sent to your registered email address.
2. Delivery Time
Delivery is instant — typically within seconds of payment confirmation. If your payment succeeded but the report did not unlock (for example, you closed the tab mid-payment), simply log in and regenerate the same birth chart on the Kundali tool — your purchase is linked to your account and the chart unlocks automatically. If it still does not appear, our Refund & Cancellation Policy covers technical failures in full.
3. Re-Delivery / Re-Download
Your purchase stays linked to your VedKosh account and to the purchased birth chart. You can regenerate and re-download the same report anytime, in any supported language, at no additional cost — just log in and enter the same birth details.
4. Delivery Support
