Meaning (English)
Shree Rama says to Vibhishana — O king of Lanka, hear me; all virtues abide in you, and it is for this reason that you are exceedingly dear to me.

श्री राम विभीषण से कहते हैं — हे लंकापति, सुनो; तुममें सभी गुण हैं, इसी कारण तुम मुझे अत्यंत प्रिय हो।
