Refund & Cancellation Policy

The Premium Kundali PDF report is a digital product: a personalised Vedic astrology report generated from the birth details you enter, unlocked on-screen and downloadable as a PDF immediately after successful payment. One purchase unlocks one birth chart; the same chart can be regenerated and re-downloaded at any time from your account at no extra charge. Nothing physical is shipped (see our Delivery Policy).

Once your payment succeeds and the premium report is generated and made available to you (on-screen unlock and/or PDF download), the service is considered fully delivered and no refund will be processed. This is standard for instantly consumed digital goods and is the basis on which the low one-time price is offered.

We will refund the full amount, no questions asked, in these cases:

• Technical failure: your payment was captured but the premium report was never unlocked or generated for you, and our team cannot restore access.
• Duplicate payment: you were accidentally charged more than once for the same order or the same birth chart.

Approved refunds are initiated within 5–7 business days to the original payment method. Depending on your bank, the amount may take additional days to reflect in your statement.

The report is computed from the date, time and place of birth you enter. Please double-check them before paying. Refunds are not issued because entered birth details were wrong. Note that fixing a typo in the name or switching the report language never requires a new purchase — the unlock is tied to the birth date, time and place only.

An order can only be "cancelled" before payment is completed — simply close the payment window; you will not be charged. Because delivery is instant, there is no cancellation window after a successful payment (Section 2 applies).

If you purchase from the EU or UK: the Premium Kundali PDF is digital content supplied immediately. By completing the purchase you expressly consent to immediate performance and acknowledge that you thereby lose the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal once delivery has begun, as permitted under the EU Consumer Rights Directive and equivalent UK regulations. The technical-failure and duplicate-payment refunds in Section 3 are unaffected.

Email contact@vedkosh.com from the email address on your VedKosh account within 7 days of the payment, with the Order ID or Payment ID from your receipt email. We respond within 2 business days.
