3 Simple Shani Vrat Recipes

1. Black Sesame Kheer

Ingredients:

  • Milk 500ml
  • Black sesame 2 tbsp (roasted)
  • Mishri 3 tbsp
  • Cardamom 2

Method:

Boil milk. Grind roasted sesame and add. Mix mishri and cardamom. Cook 10 min. Cool and offer to Shani Dev.

2. Sabudana Khichdi (no salt)

Ingredients:

  • Soaked sabudana 1 cup
  • Boiled potatoes 2
  • Peanuts 4 tbsp
  • Lemon
  • Coriander

Method:

Roast peanuts. Mix with potatoes and sabudana. Season with lemon and coriander. Absolutely no salt.

3. Sweet Potato Chaat (no salt)

Ingredients:

  • Boiled sweet potato 2
  • Lemon juice
  • Black sesame 1 tsp
  • Coriander leaves

Method:

Cube boiled sweet potato. Add lemon juice, black sesame and coriander. No salt. Shani Dev's prasad.
