✗ Regular table salt is forbidden. ✓ Sendha Namak (Rock Salt) is permitted.

Sabudana Kheer — Friday Vrat Recipe
Ingredients:
- •Sabudana (sago) — ½ cup (soaked 2 hours)
- •Milk — 1 litre
- •Sugar — 3–4 tablespoons
- •Cardamom powder — ¼ teaspoon
- •Cashews and raisins — for garnish
Method:
- 1.Soak sabudana in water for 2 hours.
- 2.Bring milk to a boil and add sabudana.
- 3.Cook on low heat for 15–20 minutes until sabudana turns translucent.
- 4.Add sugar and cardamom, cook 5 more minutes.
- 5.Garnish with cashews and raisins; offer to Maa Lakshmi.
