🔬 Scientific and Vedic Basis of Arghya

At sunrise, sunrays make a minimum angle with earth's surface. When water is poured toward the Sun at this time, sunrays passing through the water act like a prism and generate special radiation. In Vedic understanding, this water gets charged with "Surya-Tattva" and activates the energy field of the worshipper.

✗ Plastic or steel vessel→ Always copper — copper is Surya's metal

✗ Looking directly at Sun→ Watch the water stream, not directly at Sun

✗ With shoes on→ Barefoot, standing on mud or grass

✗ Very late after sunrise→ Before 7 AM — Arghya less effective after Sun rises 30°
