🪔 Puja Vidhi — Each Monday
- Bathe during Brahma Muhurat (4–6 AM) on Monday
- Wear white or light-coloured clothing
- Perform abhishek on Shivalinga with milk, curd, ghee, honey, and water
- Offer Bel leaves and white flowers
- Chant "Om Namah Shivaya" 108 times
- Listen to the Solah Somvar Vrat Katha
- Take one meal (fruits only); avoid salt for the day
- Break the fast after sunset — perform aarti and accept prasad
📋 Vrat Rules
- Speak no lies and do not lose temper on fast days
- Avoid tamasic food (meat, onion, garlic)
- Observe celibacy on fasting days
- Keep all 16 fasts consecutively without breaking the chain
- Perform Udyapan (conclusion puja) on the 16th fast
