In the final years of his life, Tulsidas suffered unbearable pain in his arms and shoulders. He composed this 44-verse stotra as a prayer to Hanuman Ji. Upon completing the recitation, he found relief from his pain. Since then, this path has been considered extremely effective for Shani afflictions, arm pain and physical suffering.
